Yes. The 1% is the Listing Brokerage commission only. You are responsible for offering a Co-operating (Buyer's) Brokerage commission, which is typically 2–2.5% of the sale price. This is standard practice in Ontario and helps attract buyer agents to show your property.
Unlike flat-fee or limited-service options, our 1% program is truly full-service. We handle everything a traditional agent does — including in-person showings support, direct negotiation, and complete paperwork — for 1% instead of 2.5%.
In most cases, from signing the listing agreement to being live on MLS takes one business day. Professional photos are scheduled immediately after signing.
